Offspring Fling Steam Achievements


Just a quick post to say that the Steam version of Offspring Fling on Windows now supports achievements. I'll be adding support to the Mac version sometime down the line as well, and I'm still looking into getting the Linux version on Steam as well.

A big thanks to the folks behind FRESteamWorks! If you're an AIR developer on Steam, you definitely want to check it out.

Hello Kyle,

This Air thing does not work for me on win7-64 with xbox 360 controller. I could play the game before the Achivements where added perfectly with the anlogue stick . Now only Keyboard control is possible and there is no reaction to gamepad input.
In other games the gamepad works just fine.

Just want to add: lovely game you made. I played it with my 4 year old daughter and had to be super careful not to let the babies die :). She could finish the first level by herself.

Oh no! I'm sorry about that.

I can try adding in a way to disable the steam API when the game starts and that might be able to fix it. For now though while the current version is on Steam, using Joy2Key might be the best bet for using a controller.

Tried to disable the steam overlay in the properties for this game on steam, but nothing changed.

So I will try to use Joy2Key.
