Game developer and good friend of mine Tim Winsky needed a new site for his company for his release of Adventure Time: Time Tangle. He already provided the theme of a tropical sky with his previous branding, so I just built a simple blog theme around that concept. The sun sets and the sky turns to night as you scroll. Neat!

Dan Adelman is a games industry veteran who recently quit his job at Nintendo to join the ranks of the indie community as a business development and marketing mercenary. I whipped up a blog layout for him to use as his new identity as an official indie! Check out those scrolling clouds. Fancy!

Gravity Ghost is the latest release from indie developer (and my housemate) Erin Robinson! The site originally went up when the game was available for preorder. I used the game's artwork and her style to craft a unique site for the game complete with cool parallax scrolling on the backgrounds!

It's that time again! Time for another TIGJam to bring together enough game development energy to power a city. I once again just created a simple one page design for the site, except this time I did once of those fancy javascript scrolling navigation bars. Yeah.

Tired of infinitely running? Your wishes are about to be GRANITE. Indiana Stone is a mobile game that was in need of a website, so I stepped up to the task! I may have went a little overboard with the colors, but a crazy neon 80s and 90s inspired palette was definitely necessary for a game that calls itself "9-bit."

A simple one page design for the fourth annual TIGJam event. The best part about this site is that the entire thing from start to finish only took about 8 hours. It was a website jamming session that created the website for a game jam event, yeah!

The 3rd annual TIGJam website had fallen into my hands, and I had no choice but to rise to the challenge. The logo was created by the lovely Derek Yu which provided the overall theme of the site. A simple one page flyer type design was all that was needed here.

The third installment and final chapter of my comicompo trilogy. This site builds upon the same architecture as the Comicompo 2 website. This time the comic was split into 4 groups, and each group has it's own color scheme when viewing the comic. After the conclusion of Comicompo 3, I stepped down as Comicompo King and passed the torch onto another soul.

The second running of the TIGForums Comicompo had a lot more participants than the last one, and this was another chance to make a new website for it. A more simplified version of the first site brings you straight to the madness. Although the users of the site can't tell, everything is completely automated using just a directory of images and a text file to make things really easy on the development side.

The Comicompo is a community project started over on the TIGForums a few years ago. I took it over halfway through the first run of it, and eventually created this gallery website for the finished product.

The fellows at Team Meat came to me with a dream: A Team Meat website with as much meat and blood everywhere as humanly possible. A fully functional web zone with a blog, media pages for all of their games (well, just Super Meat Boy for now), and even forums. Although they still haven't filled out all the filler text on the site nearly a year after launching it, it still looks pretty good I'd say!

Retro Affect is a games studio that I co-founded with two bros of mine, and so we needed a website to go with it! The site runs off of a completely custom php mySQL back end with some fancy jQuery stuff on top of it for super fancy effects. This site even made into some cool web galleries.

Sometimes on the internet I am also known as "xerus", which to me is pronounced "eckserus", but I digress. I consider this to be my first website where I actually tried to incorporate some imagery into the design instead of just colored boxes. Like my original portfolio website, this site also contains old and embarrassing artwork for your viewing pleasure.

My original portfolio website was designed when I asked myself "Hey, do you want to make a website for me?" to which I responded "Of course, you're my best client!" This was created as my graduating portfolio and contains some of my older work that isn't on this site. So if you want to see old and embarrassing artwork and designs, then check it out.
